Lampy Ciśnieniowe

On behalf of a friend, I would like to know if anyone know this white enameled Aida214-like lamp? It was found in Czech and seller knew nothing about it.
The only place in the world I can find this lamp is here in Lampy Cisnieniowe.pl
It is a highquality-lamp and it runs smooth and silent after just 2 pumps.
There are no other marks on the lamp but the tank-logo.
The unmarked jet and needle looks like the Aida214 and the cage too.
It came in the original unmarked box according to seller. The box looks also very nicely done.
CEPE means "onion" in romainian language and "go left" in Tadsjikisk. Google-translate dont suggest anything else.

Thanks Nemo. It is nice to see a reference-lamp with same parts and bronze-tank.
Is the lamp Hungarian then ?

Thanks Bory. Unfortunatly it is not mine, but belong to a friend, so I can go and pad it when I want .
Another of my friends found this very fine polish lamp, Blesk, and while the Blesk was a fine highquality lamp, then I thought that the Cepe also might be a polish lamp, while the Cepe was in good quality too.
Here you can see his Blesk lamp and be proud of polish lamp engineering .

Your lamps cage looks painted Kogo. Should it not be enameld?

Still I cant find much information about what country made it? and how old is it?
With all those Cepe around you down here, then someone must know
