Primus apparantly tried to make a stronger lamp than 350 cp in the 50's so they made the 1082S. To make it stand out to all the other primus's, they gave it a blue hat, a larger needle and a larger jet and the output became 450 cp. According to Nils Stephenson, this lamp was made between 1952 and 1954.
