This Leacock is made in cooperation with Coleman.
They comes in different forms, but this one is bought in a amish-shop and ordered the way the amish wants them by a fellowcollector in Pensylvania.
I was told the amish-people normally uses this model most and without glass-shade and the shade is normally bought when they want it more bragging. Well I also wanted it a bit more bragging, so I bought the shade too
.
It is very easy to use and burns well. There is a outboard pump - almost like a bicycle-pump and the preheating is just done with a good lighter for short time. The lamp is made of stainless-steel and is not polished after pressing it. Amish dont like shine.
These are not rare but hard to get while amish dont use internet. You must go to their shop.
