Well now the computer looks at me as a virus

If I try to make a new topic there is no problem BUT -
If I try to add Pictures the normal way, then the textbox comes like this:
" Error Attaching File
The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server. "
Did I reach a maximum in some way? I have no problems attaching Photos elsewhere in other programmes
