This is a rarely seen lamp. Therefor it is not in better shape.
It looks a lot like the English Bialaddin/Vapalux and they share the same type burner as the Bialaddin 300X ex.
But the Hood is different and the tanks print shows the tank is made in France probably by Aladdin industries.
Until now only a handfull of these is known so go out and hunt Down some more of them

The air-ventilationholes are longer and more gracile so to say, than on the english hood. In function and fitting of the burner is the hoods alike.

Here is a example of the English hood - I like the french hood most, they just makes nicer looking lamps in general I think.
