I just got lucky finding this unfired Høvik Verk Primus 
There is left a hole for the booster, but the booster was never mounted.
The lamp carry no number in the bottom as the swedish-made Primus does, so I can only estimate the age to the late 50-s.
I guess the norwegian-made Primus mostly was sold to the norwegian army, as they mostly appears in Norway and comes without a booster/rapid preheater. The lamps is also marked "SF" maybe for "Svenska Forsvaret" , but that is just guessing.
