The Hipolito-factory took over the production from Petromax and made some fine lamps in very good quality. This is a lamp made for the Danish CivilDefense (under the Army) and is therefor a common lamp in Danmark, as I guess most other Places.
The Hipolito 502 was the first lamp I ever got back in the 70's and I have a weak Heart for them. This one I couldnt leave alone - and the Money was right for me too
